Jakarta, Indonesia – In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, Indivara Group organized a special “Bukber dan Donasi” (Iftar and Donation) event on March 20, 2025. The day was dedicated to sharing, community engagement, and supporting a local special needs school.
The day’s activities commenced with a morning visit by Indivara Group representatives to Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) B/C Harapan Ibu in Kemayoran, Jakarta. During this heartfelt visit, Indivara extended its support by donating several essential items to the school. These included:
- Lebaran parcels for the students
- Stationery packages
- Two whiteboards
Further fostering a connection, Indivara Group also invited students from SLB Harapan Ibu to join their corporate Iftar gathering later in the evening.
A heartwarming highlight of the evening event was the opportunity given to student representatives from SLB Harapan Ibu. They were provided with a small booth to showcase and sell handicrafts made by the talented students of SLB Harapan Ibu, offering them a platform to display their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
The spirit of giving continued into the evening. Indivara Group presented a cash donation to Bu Handayani, the Headmistress of SLB Harapan Ibu. This donation was a collective contribution from all Indivara employees, underscoring the company-wide commitment to the cause.
The Iftar event itself, held in the afternoon, was gracefully opened by an MC from Indivara Group. This was followed by a beautiful recitation of the Sari Tilawah by Risti. As the time for breaking the fast approached, Ust. Abdilah Qori delivered a Kultum (a short religious sermon), enriching the spiritual ambiance of the gathering.
This initiative by Indivara Group beautifully combined the Ramadan tradition of buka puasa bersama with meaningful charitable actions, reflecting a deep commitment to community and social responsibility.
